Easy Bakes Series: Vegan Dark Chocolate Banana Squares

Sometimes I wake up and feel the urge to experiment in the kitchen. With the overripe bananas I often have I hate any food going to waste so it’s the perfect ingredient to experiment with regards to baking.

I threw some ingredients together and somehow created a super tasty chocolate banana brownie recipe which is less than 100 calories per slice; perfect for a yummy snack / dessert ! Plus they’re vegan which is an added bonus if you’re looking for plant-based recipe ideas.
